I just bid on a shopping center roof job that just had the parking lot re-asphalted. I only use apple sauce for cleaning, but this is a tile roof, and I need to bump up the solution to 50%. Now we keep everything nice and drenched, but is there anything else we need to do to protect the new asphalt?
