1) What percentage results in a close?
2) Were any of them done without prior permission?
3) Do you email the demo or put it on the thumbdrive?
Amazing.
Not truly about the closer rate, too many people think sales is about closer rate.
The gross and net profit per close is what we watch.
Example, one sales person has more successfull rate than another. The other one closes 10% of the other but seeks the cleints she wants to have.
Her success is much greater with a less closer rate.
Another example is one cleint on that demo list would retire me. We have not nailed them yet but are working full force to achieve the close.
Always get permission, thumb drives only when we see a need and cant get them in person to view the video.
This is an old thread Ron. I know the contractors you have taught. There are less than 20 who have implemented your plan. Combine them and I would guess they have increased repeat ongoing accounts around two million in a couple of years. We represent two of those companies and soon will be starting the same program with the third.
