Can you guess?

I'm going to find out later today how much a Costco manager here pays for cleaning.

Care to take a guess?

Right now two guys cold clean:
Almost 7000 square feet at entrance.
About 300 carts each time, they don't even separate the carts or take trash out of the carts.
Every 15 days

It takes them 2 hours flat.

Here is my demo after they were done

Take the guys you video tape out, the guy i gave you teh number will not like that.

Just tell him what you saw, the demo after them of your own equipment is good. a live demo today infront of the maint man will work also.

Never tell them how bad the guys doing, just show them what you can do.

I told you they would not separate the carts....

vending machine's to vending machines's on each side of entrances $175.00 per month, .50 per cart to seperate and dissinfect them.

This store starts at the sidewalk at the tire center garage door, past the tire ctr entrance, past the front entrances and includes the huge concrete area where the shopping carts are stored.

The guys doing it now didn't use anything but cold water on the carts. No soap and they didn't separate them.

I'm going to guess he pays them $200.00 per time considering the work I saw.

I hope I'm wrong.

Tony you killed it! I would have liked to see the other guys working for my own entertainment, but I think Ron is right, you focus on what you can do, stay on the positive side, the awsomeness of your service. Kinda like not pointing out their bad decision making, but always adjust to the personality who your dealing with. Your videos and slide shows are great marketing - I think they are the required standard now. And for someone like myself who doesn't have a spiffy 'demo-rig' for live demos ...

You going to 'brand' any sidewalks with a stencil?
