Can you clean without brushing?

When washing homes with siding on them of a light color. I can tell areas under the eaves are dirtier than the rest of the wall and does not become clean without brushing. This is really noitceable on homes that haven't been cleaned in 3+ years. The rain can't get to these areas. Question? Are there chemicals that will disolve this dirt? I was DS'ing 5 gallons of 12.5% s.h. mixed with 8oz. F13 and 16oz simple cherry. Had to brush.

There could be a few reasons you were not getting the results you expected.

What is the gpm and psi of your machine?

What nozzles were you using to apply soap? Rinse?

How old is your 12.5%? I have bought stuff that was old and weak before.

What brand or ratio is your injector? Did you smell the 12.5%?

Did you do a finger test with the 12.5% to see if it is weak or strong?

Just trying to help.

I have never had to use a brush unless the 12.5% or 10% was weak.

Whats the finger test? Hold your finger in it till it burns?
Go to northern and get a Xjet.Read the archive here and hook it up.
If you are using less than 4gpms, you need a bigger machine.
