Can this be cleaned?

I cleaned this driveway a few days ago for someone, and a couple days later they decided to give me a call back and say that the driveway still had dirty spots. I couldn't imagine what he could be talking about, because the driveway was not extremely terrible to start with. I down streamed undiluted SH and roof snot before I started, and I washed it twice. First I washed it horizontally, and then I went back over it quickly washing vertically to cover any missed striping. After I was done I sprayed it with the SH again. These photos are what I saw when I came back. I think he thinks it's still dirty, but it looks like it's just discoloration in the concrete. Maybe its due to the fact that the last guy to wash it before me etched the concrete. He admitted to knowing that the last guy etched it before I ever left the first time. I tried to hit it again, but nothing is changing. I'm pretty sure its not dirty. What should I tell the guy?

Yeah that is not dirt, the creme was removed. Tell him you can fix it but it would require a tinted sealer. Get some wakefield sealer from Southern Stain and Seal and David can also help you price it out. It will make that concrete at least a uniform color.
 
Looks like the old sealer is breaking down, and that's what's left.

Thanks guys. By the way Pat, only a few months in, and the website has already paid for itself. And I definitely have the most professional looking website of any cleaner in my area.
