Can someone convert this to microns for me?

I'm not sure how to do the math and I want to see if it is more than 50 microns.

1 inches = 25 400 microns

For argument sake lets say you have 2 inches of undesirable "Hood Spooge" to remove.
You would have. 2 inches = 50 800 microns.

There ya go. Give us something harder.

That is about a 25 ft lateral duct with the hood cut out because the space is being remodeled.

What you do not see is a 16 story vertical shaft with an access on every floor inside offices.
