Bypass hose, Chemical Supply Hose, & Supply Hose

Whats everyone recommend to use for bypass hose and supply hose. I have tried the clear braided line, the red air hose line (had the best luck so far) and the black hydraulic hose/fuel line all for bypass hoses, tried the usual braided line for chemical hose but I want something more permenant. I currently use 1' ID clear braided hose for supply but I am thinking of moving to a more sturdy white pool hose for supply. This is something I will be taking a look into this week as were going to be adding another trailer this week as well as re-arranging the units and trailers.

I am looking for something that will hold up to the elements and last a while. Any ideas

I use this as supply lines from the hose reels to the tank, and from the tank to the machines. You can drive over it and it won't collapse. I use poly braided hose for chem lines and bypass lines.

Thanks, that is what i had in mind when looking for new supply hoses. The poly braided hoses just don't seem to last very long when being used as supply lines for me, the heat gets to them and then they start warping and bending. I will look into this and see if i can find something similar locally. I am looking for a permanent setup to use from the chemical tank to the hose reel so there is no need for an employee to have to get near the chemicals inside the tank unless a rupture to the line. I plan on placing some sort of valve between the injector and the chemical supply line that way we can shut off the flow when not needed. The main reason for this is i am not comfortable with employees mixing our detergents and I don't want them to have to constantly come back for a fill-up of the mix. I am going to run 35 gallon chemical tanks and that should last them a week or so and will make mixing very easy.

For the Hot water skid I have the 3/4" thick wall goodyear utility hose.
For the 8gpm cold water machine I have the 3/4" clear polybraid hose.

I have run the clear polybraid hose for over 1.5 years now and the goodyear hose for 5.5 years now. They both are holding up but when the trailer is not in use, it is in a covered parking area so the elements are not attacking it 24/7.

I was told that the 1" supply hose would be better for the pumps, just have not changed everything around yet.

The Hotsy 5.6gpm machine came from the distributor setup with the 3/4" nose and the trailer fully setup ready to use. They only have one side of the pump supplied with water.

The pressure pro cold water machine came with one side plumbed with a 3/4" hose barb so that is all I have supplying it.

I will have to try plumbing another 3/4" hose to the other side of the pump head and see what that does. Right now it seems to run good and I can really move good with the Big Guy surface cleaner.

Thanks for the info William, I will give that a try soon.
