I thought Chris would appreciate this. To bad we dont have smellavision to go along with the picture.
Can you see the eggshells and egg rolls and unknow food sources back under there? Was that a RAT?

Pretty nasty stuff we Hood cleaners come across. Some of the pictures I get I would not post.
The next time one of your prospects says -It doesnt need to be cleaned-
Hand them a listing of all the food born illness possibles.

Under the equipment is sometimes "no man's land"

I also appreciate that the photo was taken on my birthday!

Alot of the times we offer our services to clean up the equipment and the surrounding area.Sometimes they bite, sometimes they dont. I get a feeling of pride and accomplishment after making one of these disasters a safer and cleaner place to work in.Not to mention the benefits to the patrons of the establishment.Such as a cleaner food preperation inviroment.
