Burner BTU Question

Not a lot. Hydrotek's SCU35009VAF is a 8.7 gpm, 614,000 btus, and 100° rise.

Farley's water heater is 320,000 for 2 gpm.

you will have to increase the size of the burner nozzle..
maybe Russ knows how far you can go.

I don't recommend going over 140psi on fuel pressure EVER !
It's a reliability issue
..and it changes the length of the "fire-ball" in an UN-adjustable chamber..
CONSULT A TECH ON ALL HEATER ISSUES !!
That, my friends, is a SAFETY issue !!

Mike, I wouldn't go any bigger than a #2.00 fuel nozzle, better to stay with a 1.75. The 12 volt ADC has a very small fan in it, so it can only make so much air without sooting up. The water will get warm (maybe 120° with 60° inlet water), but that's about it. The 8 gpm just moves through the coil too fast.
