Breakfast with Sunbrite

Russ Spence

Commercial Pressure Wash Expert
Saturday morning I left and made the 3 hour trip to Sunbrite supply in Georgia, upon my arrival I was met by the entire staff, a wonderful welcome may I add.

I the picked up our closed loop reclaim system, Jody and Tracy loaded it in my truck and I didnt have to lift a finger. Tracy was great, he went over EVERY inch of the system and the reiterated some things two and three times for my benifit. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and my experience would rate the 10/10 on evey aspect of the buying and customer satisfaction experience.

I need to add that I think that they opend up just to meet me there and make sure I was satisfied, I dont believe Tracy works on Saturday but he was there just the same. And he had all the fitting and connections I would normally have to go buy ready and all the extra hoses were cut and fitted as well.

To top it off I went to breakfast with the entire staff (minus Tracy) I think he may have gone back to bed ! haha We ate at the world famous Gwinnett Diner (from the movie Road Trip with Tom Green) It was awesome as well I made the trip home and installed everything on our trailer and because of Tracy and the staff and the awesome directions on "how to" hooking it up was a breeze and it all worked perfectly fine.

Thanks again for a wonderful experience, I am thankful that I met Pete in person at our Rt in Alabama, it was the tool that opened the door for our new friendships and relationships.

Thanks again Pete, Mary, Tracy, Nicole and Jody

AWW, doesn't that make you feel gushy inside...

It it really a blessing to have vendors that are willing to go the extra step to ensure you have what you need and not blow your socks off with a price

Great looking system you got there Russ. I think I may ask Santa for one for Christmas this year. That should complete my rig for awhile until I see something else I just have to have.
