Roof Cleaning Instructor
Here is a non pressure roof cleaning we did today in Bradenton, FL.
We are located in Brandon Florida, just southeast of Tampa.
Bradenton is about 45 minutes away from us.
We had a nice drive, and an excellent Grouper Sandwich at a waterfront restaurant.
This roof got done with a little stronger TSP solution then usual.
It has been my experience that these light colored roofs respond well to TSP, and become show pieces.
All the better for us!
The Bradenton Homeowners Association sent the whole neighborhood letters!
This particular homeowners association actually WARNED against pressure cleaning roofs.
We got this job when the customer asked his roofing contractor who he should hire.
Though we do not know the roofer, he recommended us.
I called and thanked him for the business, and invited him to go see our work.
It turned out he had seen my sons roof cleaning work before in a Sarasota Florida gated community.
He actually remembered us!
