Bogus Users , A problem

As an administrator part of my job is to screen for potential spammers and bogus users , we have had an influx of spammers trying to get in lately so , what do we do ? we have signature requirements but most dont fill out the signature completely until they sign up , so some one chime in and help us out .

This is for everyones protection and privacy , if they are not a real person or company we dont want or need them here , Right ?
