We have been working all winter on upgrading the features of our Black Knight line of pressure washers. From this point on, all of our Black Knights come with gray non-marking hoses, a tach/hour meter, a Suttner Easy-Pull trigger gun, and lots more goodies like that. The way I look at it, a Black Knight is dressed the exact way I would buy for my own use.
Some folks shop by price and specs alone, so they often miss out on all the little things that make equipment easier to use and maintain. Everybody knows that most machines come from the factory with a low-cost trigger gun, for example. The first time they come into our shop for a replacement gun and get to play with a Suttner 2605, you can literally see the their eyes light up! When you use a nice gun like that, it is so much easier to do the 12-ounce curl at the end of the day.
