Kory I ended up not shooting him, I just watched him walk around in the pouring rain all day.

Count me in! I've got two guys on a crew together that are out religiously! They had a hen pass them last weekend, but haven't brought anything back yet. I don't think they can call them in right...

Turkeys are smart and have great eye sight.

Tom the turkey is smart and have good eye sight did not know that I asume they were dumn as stick.

Starts April 27th up here. I don't turkey hunt anymore. A few of those 3 am mornings in a row and then working after wears me out. I did see a flock of maybe 50-60 with a dozen gobblers in a field in south eastern Indiana today. One of the most beautiful birds I've ever seen up close. Mushroom season will be here soon.
