I'm meeting with a guy this afternoon to discuss cleaning the sidewalks and entrances of an entire shopping center. It's a fairly large shopping center with a grocery store and multiple stores. If I get it, this would be a quarterly cleaning, with an annual parking lot cleaning (which means I'll need to rent a hot water system until I can buy).

Any anyone wants to shoot some last minute words of wisdom my way, fire away!

Met with the PM. Seems like a pretty nice guy and down to earth. We not only talked business, but also families, trucks, etc. I think I made a good connection.

I just sent him a bid for the storefronts sidewalks. Total area is a little over 17,000 sq ft. Now I just have to see if I get the bid.

I got the impression that he hasn't contacted any other contractors for bids yet, so hoping that's a good sign.

If I get the bid, it will be a quarterly cleaning. If things go well, there's opportunities for additional work at this property, such as storefront windows, loading docks, etc.
