The best place close to me was Univar, they have many locations. They quoted me as small as 53 gal drums close to 2.00 a gal. also a deposit for the drum they lend you and you have to use Univar's drum to pickup.
They also have bulk system set up haven't looked into it much.

Brandt they package ag chemns but yeah? Thats where I get my Sodium Hydroxide, Way different from Hypo but yeah beat univars price on hydroxide..
