Best orgs

What would be some of the best organizations to join for a company like mine. We do condominuim complexes, parking garages, a lot of Property management work(residential and would am trying to get more commercial PM work, flatwork etc. I'm looking to expand always and we work out of Myrtle Beach SC and travel all of SC and travel some of NC, willing to travel throughout SC & NC

Whats a great couple orgs to start with. Whats involved in these org to make them work for my type of work. If anyone wants to PM me with info that would be great
