Begging to be liked. Facebook style.

Done done

Done. Now can someone tell me the importance of a "LIKE" on the FB fan page. Does it really do anything?

In this case, a like on my page allows you to be spammed by yours truly every time I post up another sign that I designed.

It also allows you to receive updates from me such as the report of the guy that opened his signs, stuck one in the yard and went into the house for lunch. He wasn't finished lunch before the phone rang and he sold his first job. Bang, that quick, his whole order was paid for within one hour.

You miss out on the stories of the guy that planted one sign and now has tracked $1,600.00 worth of work to it. Within two weeks.

You miss the fact that I tell everybody that likes me that Jay and Bill (others too, I'm sure) are putting on a local event in NOVA in early December and that you must be present to claim your prize if you win the Gold Pack of ten custom signs to be given away there. Absolutely Free.

A like will probably get you a notice every once in a while that things are slow and I am bored so the first two people to paypal $99.00 get a ten pack refill. That includes delivery. Stakes extra. You can use the stakes left over from the last batch of signs that performed so badly you quit putting them out

These signs are not for everybody. I don't really see a greaser getting much traction from a yard sign. A concrete cleaner working a strip mall in the wee hours of the morning? yeah, probably not too effective.

It is exciting to share in peoples success but it won't be too long before some folks get tired of the constant updates and decide to disconnect. I will miss them and hope that they stop back by once in a while.

Ultimately, a like is supposed to somehow benefit the likee, but I have a feeling that the likers will get their moneys worth and more.

A like doesn't cost you a thing but I would appreciate it if you would stop by and like my page John, if only for a little while.
