Be vs Mosmatic. Do you really get what you pay for?

A four bar requires more volume of water than a two bar? I have a three bar unit but I don't use it because it's much slower than my two bar unit. My pump is a 5.5 @ 3500 PSI but it's not big enough to utilize the three bar unit. Maybe I could change out the nozzles in it but would I really be gaining anything?

I have 8 GPM @ 4000 PSI, and I did notice a significant improvement with the 4 bar. But it's still barely faster than the BE with only 2 bar. You can see the BE bar spins much better.

I bought the BE used about 3 years ago. Replace the o rings about once a year. Never had to replace the bearings. The Mosmatic I got about 6 months ago. Haven't used it very often, because it works slower. I'll be using it more now that I have the 4 nozzle bar though.

I would think you would be better off with 3 2502 nozzles than 2 2503 nozzles.

Well, I only got a couple times to test it out last week after I got the 4 nozzle bar. I was using only 100 feet of 3/8 hose and no down streamer attached and it worked fairly well, but not great. Tried it again today with 200 feet of 3/8 hose and downstream injector attached and the thing won't even float. It's literally dragging on the concrete. Seriously, I thought Mosmatic was supposed to make good stuff!
 
Looks like the mosmatic nozzles need to be 'tilted' more. At 8 gal/min - Get rid of the 1/4" hose! and that will sure help - and remove the spray gun handle and replaced it with a ball valve - was a big improvement for me at 10 gpm. I have always used mosmatic swivels and they spin like butter and last years (no hot water).
