Be Honest...

Both of my driveways are gravel...go figure.
But ask me how long it takes to clean the house when it needs it. That would be a different thread.

A lot of tradesman are like that. I have a friend of men who's a plumber, no kidding it took him almost 2 months to un-clog a drain in the master bath room lol.

My driveway needs cleaning also. I'll do it after I sell the box van though.

I call a mobile detailer to come clean my truck at my house once every 2 weeks though (no joke)

Look! A shiney thing! As I nervously change the subject...

It clean in areas as we use it to try out equipment, different cleaners, training, ect.

It's the classic case of "The cobbler's children have no shoes"! or "The painters house is chipped and fadded". Here is a great explanation on the cobbler.

Origin of the phrase the cobbler's children have no shoes?

Answer:
The essence of this phrase is used to describe the phenomenon where certain 'professionals' in any given area are so busy with work for their clients and their teams that they neglect using their professional skills to help themselves or those closest to them. For example - the painter & decorator who never decorates his own house, the web designer that hasn't finished their website, or the accountant who is late in submitting his own tax return

As for my driveway? Me and the cobbler are in the same boat.

Been trying to get to washing our house now for the past 2 months. Maybe I just need to put myself on the schedule. Lol

I found another power washer out in Redlands that is running a $29.99 driveway cleaning special. I think I'll just call him and let him clean my driveway instead. By the time I pay for fuel to move my truck across the street, propane for the burner, gas for the machine and my time I think it will be cheaper just to call him instead.
