Washed a house about a month ago in the Country Club of Louisiana here in Baton Rouge.
I've done a lot of jobs in there this year and have some ideas to get more.
Anyways, I wished I had taken more pics but these should speak for themselves.

Another home we washed a few months back, in our historical Garden District here in Baton Rouge.

Homeowners were prepared to pay for painting the 1st time I spoke with them.
They were definitely happy that I saved them a lot of money on that end

We've got a lot of stucco here... maybe even majority stucco.
Gotta either learn how to do it right, or move.

Gonna require a bit of money but luckily I got my eating out at restaurants 3+ nights a week out of my system last year haha

not far from here... I live in shenandoah.
Denham Springs used to be a nice, country town.
Not too country, but country.
Then they grew like crazy almost over night it seemed.
Now Livingston Parish is well known for meth labs.
They're not playing around though.
Locking ppl up for 10+ years if they catch em cookin
 
Nice... bet they were happy customers!
