Basic Trailer Setup help

Now I've got 4 small storefront accounts and a very small strip mall to start off. This is perfect right now because the weather's nice and most of our rooftop filter work has been switched to days leaving the nights free to learn.

What are the basic "Must have's" for my rig to do commercial work.

I have a Landa 3500 4.8gph hot machine, Landa Waterjet, am picking up a Steel Eagle 24 or 28 later today for a spare.

What basic chem?
Do I need to get multiple sprayers for different chems:
Lower window washing equipment?
Washdown pump?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

The following is just my opinion. Your results will vary, but I am guessing that I will be pretty close to what I consider the most efficient way to do it.

My small trailer is 4x8. On that trailer, I have, a pressure washer, a soap tank, a DI bottle, a square tank for water, two hose reels, and a generator. I also carry on the tongue of the trailer two cans of fuel.
For hose, I have 200 ft of pressure hose, and 300 feet of pure rubber hose. I would go to the hose store and buy a continuous reel of 3/4" rubber hose so that you do not have to worry about the connectors. You can get buy with less, but there are times that I am happy to have the extra hose. I no longer buy the hose at Home Depot, etc, because it just does not last as long, and I hate having to go replace it. I also feel guilty replacing it, even if it has a life time warranty, because I know my usage is not their intended usage. You can store your surface cleaners in the bed of the pickup, and be good to go.
Now, if you are intent on having your window cleaning supplies on your trailer, you can have a rack fabricated that holds a window cleaning bucket so that it is a grab and go affair, just mount it on the fender.

Just a couple of thoughts I have.

Thanks for all your help.

I'm going to watch the competition do a Costco tonight. I have a good relationship with the manager. It appears the account is mine for the asking, but since he told me the other guys are coming tonight I'm going to spy on them.

Thanks again.
