Bank roof cleaning Richmond TX

Here is a Richmond TX Bank roof in we cleaned yesterday. Richmond is just southwest of Houston, TX. We have driven by this bank 100 times and said "I'd love to clean that". But we never stopped in. Then the window washer for one of our clients who we have cleaned 2 of their houses, referred this PM to us.

It turned out really nice, but the pictures are low resolution.

Another nice big job! Same here with me Mike. How come I always get the small jobs too? LOL...
Great Job Scott. Looks like your biz is runing pretty good from Iraq. :D

I just edit my post meant to say why all only do small jobs!!! I was joking because Scott and Celeste have done some big roof cleaning jobs!!

Ahhh yes. We target large jobs. When you do big roofs, people tell other people with big roofs, and viola!! More big roofs. :D

I would rather do a few big jobs a week rather than a dozen small ones.

nice job scott

Thats not Richmond fool, thats Missouri city, that bank is off hwy 6... lol good job man maybe one day you will get the big jobs...

Oops, you're right. Missouri City Richmond, same thing. They're right by each other. lol.

Yea I hope one day we can graduate to bigger jobs, but I guess its a roll of the dice. :D

Keep your head up kid... lol

good job scott, One day ill be close to your size.

It wont be very difficult. We're not big, we just carry a big stick. ;)

im looking forward to meeting you John. I hope you do make it to the TCCN luncheon on May 9th. Im still trying to find a good place to have it, and should give some details soon.

I need to find me a big stick... Maybe Northern will have one!

Yes Scott, I look forward to meeting you at the meet and greet. I will be meeting with Gene tomorrow, in college station.

But we all know Celeste is the brains of the operation... :D

John

That is a major roof. How did the Fat Boy work out? That must have had 40' of head pressure. You're getting an impressive portfolio.

This was actually one of the smaller ones, roof area wise, that we have done and the Fatboy never has an issue. Have not had one problem in about 7-9 months.

It did 4 days of work on those condos w/ no problem, the hotels we've done, a 13k sqft house, this bank and other large roofs and we've never had a single issue. We did buy a backup just in case, but so far its been perfect.
