Bad spray bar

Any of the distributors been hearing of bad spray bars from whisper wash. I got a new one from a local shop that is not balanced right out of the box. wobbles so bad cant even run the surface cleaner brand new swivel brand new nozzles the nozzles aren't plugged or crossthreaded. Is it possible it could have been drilled at the wrong angle. I just dropped close to a grand with the shop this week and they didn't want to hear about it. guess who just lost a customer.

I've been selling quite a few aftermarket bars for Big Guys lately. Better speed, less vibrations, etc. The only drawback is the 1/8" nozzles...

What size bar? I have 2 brand new 24" in the garage. .never had water through em. Decided to make my own bars and didnt use them.

The bar is 26" long. 1/8" nozzles aren't really a drawback, it's just that everyone uses and has 1/4" tips. But the 1/8" are available in most any size.

Chris, what other cleaner might you be looking to retrofit? Seems most have complaints about the Big Guy.

Russ the spray bar im tare alking about is for a big guy. Are your replacement bars thin like the steel eagle bars.

Russ, I was thinking the Big guy and one of my Steel Eagle 24" surface cleaners. I have a spare Whisper Wash swivel, I was thinking about trying to make it fit on the Steel Eagle and maybe the 24" surface cleaner spray bar would work on it.

Yes, these are a 26" bar for the 28" cover. They are thin like the Steel Eagle and the nozzles are cantered to a greater angle, making the bar spin faster.

Russ, I was thinking the Big guy and one of my Steel Eagle 24" surface cleaners. I have a spare Whisper Wash swivel, I was thinking about trying to make it fit on the Steel Eagle and maybe the 24" surface cleaner spray bar would work on it.

The Steel Eagle bar is 3/8" in, so it should fit on a WW swivel without the adapter. If it needs to be spaced lower, a 3/8" FPT X 3/8" MPT adapter is available.

Mosmatic also makes a conversion kit for almost all of the surface cleaners on the market. You can change any swivel to a Mosmatic and use thier bars as well.
