bad distributor

One of my past favorite distributors (none of which market from PWI) has done it again. For the second time, they have delivered to the wrong address. Luckily the first time went to a house down the street. This time however, it went to another state about a thousand miles away. Luckily, it was only a $35 part.

They dont have a customer service contact number and havent returned my emails.

How did they send it to the wrong addr??

not sure Ron. the reciept I got in the email they sent me had my mailing address on it. My paypal address is the same as mailing as well. I've ordered from them at least 20 times. I'm sure it was an accident. I just hate to have to go through paypal to resolve the issue because they wont get back with me.
