Average sized college campus bids

What kind of numbers am I looking at when putting in a bid on a college campus, with exhaust cleaning, and fire suppression system maintenance included? I have been told that the more high end schools are around $60k/year contracts, but I only got that info from someone I worked with, who I would imagine only had a vague idea. Anyone have experience dealing with universities in their respective markets? Not quite there yet, where I can handle that extra load of work, but I'd like to learn as much as I can for the future when am I ready to start bidding those jobs.

How did you go about putting in those bids, when was the right time of year to put it in, stuff like that I guess is what I'm wondering.

The ITT is a formal invitation to tender in the form of a document. It includes the buyer's requirements, instructions on how to tender, and how the buyer will evaluate the tenders and select a supplier. A formal contract will be awarded to the successful supplier. An ITT is not necessarily a formal request for tender. Still, it may be an informal request for tender or an invitation to bid - which could be in the form of a simple letter. A response to such an informal request would usually be submitted in writing. You can contact a Bid Writing Service to do all the work.
