We setup test with Sodium Percarbonate last spring,
this spring the results are all good.
As a matter of fact, we will be doing my own home in
the next few days with Sodium Percarbonate.
Keep in mind ALL Sodium Percarbonate is not CREATED EQUAL.
You are looking for 80% or better of Sodium Percarbonate.
Don't want ( and won't ) get into an e-mail war. so enough said.
Best part is going away from the job not worrying about wither
you or one of your employees forgot to rinse before and after.
Some other big positives for us.
You don't smell like bleach.
Your clothes are not spotted from Bleach.
You do not have Bleach Burns from to much contact.
Shelf life is almost unlimited.
It will not freeze in it's normal state.
No HASMAT restrictions.
In the past I have read where Bleach products will render your
termite warranty invalid because the bleach nulls out some of
the chemicals used for termite control.
I want to Point Out I have only read this and have not confirmed it with any termite companies to see if it is true...
It is on my list of things to do.....
Also we are working with some folks who have property on the river. Mold is everywhere from the foundation to the top of the Roof's. We are working with them to setup some test between Bleach Mixtures and Sodium Percarbonate. I feel I already know the answers but just for fun.
Good Luck with what ever you use.
As far as I can tell they all work.

Has anyone use a percarbonate base (Oxygen Bleach) cleaner to clean ashpalt shingles?
If so -- How well did it work?
If not -- Do you think it will work?
I use a percarbonate base cleaner and brightnen with an oxalic acid when doing wood restoration -- Thinking about using the cleaner on asphalt shingles. What do you think?
Any experts out there?
