Asphalt, pressure cleaned?

no, I usually rinse with high volumes of water. What are you washing? Dirt? Mud? New Construction?

It is a parking garage we've been cleaning last and this weekend. There is half floor section with asphalt. We have specified that it will be rinsed only, but I got curious if anybody has a special method of cleaning an asphalt. This garage is a total mess. We swept it first but there is so much dirt and mud that we take out like 10 buckets of dirt and rocks on each floor.

You can if your carefull, by unless they are re-sealing an need oil and dirt prep not usally. This is a nice feature with water jets , adjustable height

It's getting re-striped after we finish. I am thinking to modify one of the "big guys" with adjustable wheels in the near future.

Most of the time a surface cleaner with heat and the use of any chemical will pull the oil out of the asphalt making it look pale or even white.. We used to buy a cleaner called Drive Up and it is made to clean asphalt.. mix it 50/50 then siphon at 20 or so % and let it set for about 10 minutes and rinse.. We used to do this with the Burger King Parking lots ... I don't think they have there concrete and flatwork done anymore.. in Mississippi at least that is what I was told .
