Heck, I was getting up there in weight and started back eating the right foods, which doesn't take much, you can still eat fast food, but eating the right stuff at those places makes a difference. Hardest part for me is drinking Diet Pepsi or whatever, but eventually you get used to it. I've dropped 25 lbs in the last 2.5 months. My wife's lost 50. Oh and btw, no more Krystal's with that diet!
