They need to update that report with statistics showing how many fires resulted in hood systems not being cleaned properly and was the cause or fuel supply for the fire, those would be interesting numbers to see and would be some great marketing info for the guys to use that do the hood system cleaning.
 
Unfortunately the reporting system used by Fire Dept's nationwide does not have that sort of detail. These reports are based on "On scene" incident reports and not necessarily on fire investigations typically completed days after a loss.
