I looked. How do you know when to fax these? Is there a specific time/frequency places get inspected?

Staying Focused on current customer base, or when a GM calls you and you ask any special occasion? He will say I have VP in town, blast there entire group. You will pick up four or five other locations.

If you don't have a hard land line (like I don't) no need to panic. I simply signed up for "hello fax". The first month is free. After that the basic program is $10 per month for 300 faxes/pages. In a different video, Ron mentioned just send the proposal by itself - 1 page. I've found that it works best if you can call to get the manager's name. Some just sign it and fax it back. Others pass it along to the pm and they call. Either way, it works. Thanks again.

I saw the post on just sending quotes. Have you tried it CL. Its been on my mind. Ive been looking at local banks and and I am surrounded by business. I think I will put some together tonight.

By the way, I have used your "Price List" to help guide me with some quotes. Recurring commercial work is my focus now. Residential is nice and profitable, but I like knowing I have certain jobs each month/quarter as a recurring income. Thank you again Ron for your help to all. Same goes for the other professionals on here that offer to help without any hidden agendas.
