Today we where in tallahasse soft washing 4 appartment buildings the sofit and facia was pretty nasty. It was covered in mold and mildew. Normally we do not travel that far but we did it as a favor for a very good client that was in a pinch. The property manager loved the results and before we were done the regional director for the property management company called to thank us for a great job. I will post pics asap
 
I look forward to seeing them. I hope to try out the pump we discussed last week tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks for all your help.

Way to go, Kory.
I'm sure it will pay off big in the long run. It never hurts for long to go the extry (yes, extry- I'm from Missippi) mile.

Extry?? Sure!! I growed up in KY!!! We use it!!
 
Well Done.....they will remember this when pressure cleaning work comes up in the future. Going the extry mile sometimes leads to situations when you are the only one called and there are no need for bids. This is good stuff.

Aint that the truth. We have about a dozen investors who call us for their roofs. Most dont ask for a price, its just "Go do it and send me the bill".

Great job Kory, cant wait to see the pics.
 
Going the extra mile is what I have preached here for years. Although I have been burned by companies and people we have done buisness with for over 15yrs so go figure.
