Anyone have their SH prices go up this year?

Just picked up a drum of SH and found out that the prices went up $0.50 per gallon.

They told me that prices went up all over the country so I thought I would check with you guys here and see if prices have gone up for anyone since January this year.

This sucks but I have to live with it as the other suppliers have been higher than this for years now so I would hate to see how much they are now.

What are you guys paying?

.98 cents per gallon..lol let the hating start. Ya I dont see the prices budging yet..we are about to get into pool season amd they will be filling there sh tanks at my place 3-4 times a week. They have 6k gallon in tank.
How much to you guys go tbrough a week? We use about 300 gallons. I imagine some of you guys with multiple crews are over 1000 a week.
 
There must be some good mark up in the sh. They tell me its at there cost, $1.59 but when I was in Boca Raton fl it was 99cents.
 
Over $4.00 a gallon here. Then again Southern California is high on everything. I buy is only as I need it though. I'm lucky if I go through 75 gallons a year.

$99-125 here Chris talk with them and tell them its not true what they are telling you.I think more people are just going up to make a larger profit on things when they can.A guy in my area paid $235 bucks for 5 gallons of taginator.Crazy prices
 
I've got an offer going on for all UAMCC members throughout 2013. $85/55 gallon drum. That includes the cost of the drum. No minimums. Probably not as cheap as going to a bulk station but it's the best I can do without going to the poor house! Become a donating member of the UAMCC and get a $50 gc towards chemicals.

Yes there have been some increases over the past few months.

That is a great price Mike, I wonder what the shipping would be.

Obviously the more you order will help lower the overall shipping, just need to see how this season is going but that sounds like a great deal.

How old is the SH? Can you find out how fresh it is? The reason I ask is that the 12.5% can be several months old and not as strong as it needs to be once you get it from some of these suppliers.

Would it be shipped from Canada or here in the States?

It's fresh and ships from the US. They say it's between 12.5 and 14% but they say 12.5% to cover butts. I've used it myself personally and it's as stronger than anything I've gotten in the past.......especially locally.

Shipping may or may not make it worth while for certain areas but the offer is out there and I make little to nothing off of it as a promotion for the UAMCC.

I'm paying $4.00 a gallon. My girlfriend just got a job at a pool supply store, and with her discount it's $4.60 at that place. If I buy in bulk, it's in the $2.75 range, but have a $250 minimum and have to put a $25.00 deposit on each 5er.
