I havent had half of the troubles you have had and I still don't go anywhere without my .45 within close proximity. That goes double for any night work. Concealed carry is another one of those rights that if you don't exercise, you may someday lose.Scott Stone said:t
So I am just waiting for the next one. I am thinking about a concealed carry permit.
Scott Stone said:Not this go around. I have been shot at multiple times, and had a gun pulled on me a couple of more times. Fortunately, so far, everyone has been a bad shot.
1. First gun pull, I was in France and knocked on someones door, and found myself looking down the barrel of a shotgun.
2. Driving down the street on my way to lunch from work. The Taco Bell was next to a biker bar and as we pulled into the parking lot, 5 44 magnums opened up through the cab of the pickup we were in trying to hit a guy up the street.
3. Delivering milk early in the morning and walked in on a beer run. I did not care, and it was not worth my time to stop them. I finished my job and walked to go to my truck, and they were in the parking lot behind the store sampling the beer.(yes, they were stupid) They pulled a gun on me.
4. Delivering milk in a bad part of town, and some knucklehead decided to strafe me and the store I was going in. I had to do some talking about the bullet holes in the truck.
5. Washing trucks and some knucklehead decided to take some pot shots at me. (this actually happened three times at three different accounts). The bullets were close enough to hear the whistle as they passed, or as my dad said, too damn close.
So I am just waiting for the next one. I am thinking about a concealed carry permit.
