any suggestions?

Depends on whats on it? usually it is roof run off that causes black streaking on this type building. Sometimes it's just mold & mildew, because the aggregate is exposed it will normally bleed into the structure and be hard to get out. I know that different kinds of acids can be used to clean it effectively but you better know what your dealing with.

Good Tip Nick, these guys have to be careful with Acids...FYI no joke over spraying that stuff:bash: Just had to put that in Oldtimer

I did a test on a wall just like that in fall except mine was painted brick. A regular house wash mix worked not to bad, but you have to hit it on all kinds of angles I found. I'm interested what others will say.

i was thinking angles too. wash it all from one side then back across from opposite angle. and maybe a weak roof wash.

I cleaned 250' graffiti of a wall of that same texture last Summer! Went better than I thought it would.

I would try and clean that with S Hydrox and add a little Sodium hypochlorite with possibly a dash of another surfactant like Simple Cherry or the like for stick-2-itive ness
