I'm tired of buying mailing lists, so I want to use the county Assessor's records that are available for free to market to every property owner in my county. They don't offer it in any clean file format like a CSV, so I have to find another way to import 11000 names and addresses from a printable record into Outlook's address fields. Anyone know of a commercially available product? Or, it would be pretty simple to code, I think (with my complete lack of skills), would anyone be able to offer suggestions on this?
