answering a post from pwn.comjhundley,

jhundley,

I would charge about 15.5 per foot. The average house would be about 145.00 dollars. The entire job is going to be 14,500 dollars. You will only be able to do 4 to 6 houses a day with one rig and a helper.

Clean up down stairs is going to more than you think.

I have done hundreds of these jobs, you never mentioned what type of roof these houses have. My estimate is based on stone ceramic tile.

The important thing is payment. I request on large jobs they pay as you go. You can also request that they pay when each quarter is completed. Don’t forget that in your agreement.

Get a sign off on each house every day. Going back is no fun.

Hope this helps you.
