Another mall - another disaster

I went out to this place. The owner has 2 different restaurants in the same mall. One is Chinese the other is Japanese.
Both have 1 hood, 2 ducts and 2 fans.

He wanted a good price since he had 2 locations and that sounded good to me until I saw the places up close :eek:

You guys have got to stop with these pictures!!!!!!! I've already sworn off oriental food! If people ever saw what you guys cleaned, YOU"D be out of business cause no one would eat out! Yuck!

Hope you told the owners it would be cheaper to replace the exhaust systems than to clean them. Really, all my years cleaning, this takes the cake.

I do have better photos than those.
I also told the guy it does not really help him to have 2 totally messed up places in my eyes :(
 
I have many friend, many rehaurant....You give good deal....I tell many friend who have many rehaurant.
 
Well you can't blame the company for the first picture, that's as far as the scraper would reach. What else would you expect?
