Another Home Owner Saved From The Home Depot®

This is also going to be paint related, buit here it goes. I went to craigslist and created the $99 house wash. I got a bite and went to the guys property. I ended up washing his vinyl as well as the dirty roof, once I mentioned it. As I was washing I went out back and noticed a sweet deck. It had no spindles mor steps and was ground level. When we finished stripping and pH balancing the deck we got to talking about how projects can seem to go from one to the next especially since I am a painter and know how crisp and clean one area can look after a fresh coat of paint. Then I got the contract to repaint the walls and trim in his foyer, hall, dining room and laundry as well as the ceilings, walls and trim in his toilet area. Also, he got me in touch with the property management company that runs the complex that he owns a town house at and their roof is very dirty. The property maintenance company did not know roofs could be safely washed and they were going to just replace it in a few years, sooooo.

$99+$475+$375+$1500(Labor only for the painting) Almost $2500 from $99 Craigslist "FREE AD" This is not the norm, but I have made over 4K with two such clients this month.

Also, I feel better the clients did not have to use HD paint even though it was the primer/finish in one product :rotflmao1:

Here is a couple photos from the Mohnton Interior Painting I completed Friday.
