Another Burner Problem

So here is the good old Landa PW 8gpm/120v/24HP Honda/TSF2021 that has made at least $1.2 mln so far for the company... :))

I too seem to have problem with the burner like some other folks around here. To better explain, I decided to make a short video.
Is that sparkle good enough? The left electrode (whatever it's called) has a lot weaker sparkle than the right one. Is that normal?
Power supply is steady ~120V. I have not checked the nozzle yet and I believe I get good fuel flow.
Every time I let the gun off, there is this thick smoke coming out right after. Sometimes water stops heating up and smoke gets more and more often. Tonight I was lucky and the machine did its job, but for how long??... :)

Here is The vid:

Thanks Guys..

I'm thinking you should have more spark than that.
I can tell you Led Zepplin's, Moby Dick is perfect background music for your video.

The reason the left terminal appears to have less spark is because you held the screwdriver closer to it, so there was less air gap to jump. When was your last tune up? A partially clogged nozzle, misaligned electrodes, and clogging filters can all contribute to the symptoms you're seeing. Looks to me like your insulation is in need of redoing, too, with that big hotspot on the coil skin.

Thanks for your reply Russ.

I actually held the screwdriver closer because otherwise the left terminal wouldn't get any spark. It is definitely weaker than the right one. What could be the cause of that? I recently took off the fuel filter and flushed it out. Insolation really needs to be redone.
I will check the nozzle. After all, I guess I'll need to visit a professional to service the machine :)....

Thanks again,

D.
