I got a Call from a Client that I do the Biggest Outdoor Mall in our area for and I now have to bid on the Biggest Indoor Mall in this area, Wish me Luck on this one, it will keep us REAL BUSY. I think many are trying to shop around right now for better service and pricing at least thats what I'm seeing here around this area. We will be bidding on Sweeping to start with then who knows after that :D That's Two Bids I have to do tommorow after working all night :eek: At times I get Crazy Busy, but Crazy in these times is good.

congrats on the new account, what was your marketing strategy to land the deal?
 
Well I got a call and they have put it on hold, I guess there is something in the service contract they have with other vendor, so now it's the waiting game. I'm not sure the sq ft of this place but it's pretty good sized. I just got off the phone with my contact and he says it may take a few months for them to work things out on what ever they have going on. I do have another bid setup for monday with the district manager from another place, so 1 out of two is not bad ;)
