Get the coverage you need and expect. After all, it’s what you factored into your job costs. Apply Wood Tux with ease via brush, roller or sprayer. You’ll be amazed at the way it dives into the wood. At 150 square feet per gallon you’ll achieve a perfect finish every time. (Severely dry wood may require more product to completely replace the depleted natural oils, so please contact us for support in cases of severe weathering).
Wood Tux is perfect for your ongoing service accounts. You’ve said that surface preparation time was a key factor in determining your profitability. We listened! Not only will Wood Tux go on easily, after about 3 years (under normal conditions), when it is time to reapply, a simple wash with an environmentally friendly cleaner will allow you to open the surface and reapply without having to completely strip the wood. We utilize a micro ground computer controlled pigment system that has enabled us to create a product that can be reapplied again and again, with very little darkening. In most cases you will only have to completely re-strip the wood after 5 or more applications. That’s only about once every 15 years!
We’ve focused our research on developing a finish that’s designed to work with the contractor. By precisely blending just the right amounts of quality ingredients, we’re able to give you a finish that won’t overlap, but will cure to form a protective layer on the wood’s surface.
