I am tired of the nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Americans. However...... the dust from the attacks had barely settled when the "politically correct! " crowd began complaining about the possibility that our patriotism was offending others.

I am not against immigration, nor do I hold a grudge against anyone who is seeking a better life by coming to America. Our population is almost entirely made up of descendants of immigrants. However, there are a few things that those who have recently come to our country, and apparently some born here, need to understand. This idea of America being a multicultural community has served only to dilute our sovereignty and our national identity. As Americans we have our own culture, our own society, our own language and our own lifestyle. This culture has been developed over centuries of struggles, trials, and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom.

We speak ENGLISH, not Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, learn the language!

"In God We Trust" is our national motto. This is not some Christian, right wing, political slogan.. We adopted this motto because Christian men and women.......on Christian principles.............founded this nation..... and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home because God is part of our culture. If Stars and Stripes offend you, or you don't like Uncle Sam, then you should seriously consider a move to another part of this planet. We are happy with our culture and have no desire to change, and we really don't care how you did things where you came from.

This is OUR COUNTRY, our land, and our lifestyle. Our First Amendment gives every citizen the right to express his opinion and we will allow you every opportunity to do so! But once you are done complaining....... whining...... and griping about our flag...... our pledge...... our national motto........or our way of life...I highly encourage you to take advantage of one other Great American Freedom ..... THE RIGHT TO LEAVE. <O:p</O:p

I like it as well... I didn't write but came across it a bunch of years ago.....

It defiantly makes me think....when my people came here they all learned ENGLISH, they were embarrassed if they didn't know it. My family starting coming here in the mid 1800's through 1935 or so', they would tell me stories of how all the Italians, Irish, Polish and Scottish would all learn the ways of the new country or the new land as they would say. My family started a town in NJ that would only sell land to English speaking immigrants, this was the early 1900's. Most of those guys would roll over in their grave if they saw how we conduct ourselves today, shamefully!!!

Immigration for a lot of years was handled in a gentleman's way, now the gentlemen are gone and the thugs and other assorted rejects are crossing the borders.

I live on the water here in Florida, love sitting on porch just hoping they float by......Thats what I want for Christmas:angel2:

And good luck Arizona.....you have the correct fight, the correct legal backing, but a bucket full of puss monkeys trying to sue ya,,,,where can I send donations? I love O'bamma but he is way off on this one, it is a federal law that is already in place, but no clear chain of command on who is suppose to do what.

Didn't we get a contract with BOEING a few years ago to build a fence with tracking systems, that was suppose to intervene the illegals.

And one more thing different race and nationalities need to stop blindly protecting people that the only see as having the same color skin or having the same origin, you know slow down and quite being judicious, if you want to come to this country take the proper channels, not sneak in. And you bleeding heart that support them with protests and rallies, make sure to leave your SS# so we can see what we are up against. You blindly protesting laws like Arizona's show just how ridiculous you are, we see your dub ass'ess on CNN say how the have the wright just like the rest of us, well dum dum look to your left then look to your right, look behind you, those people are you they are not US, CAUSE US ARE THE LEGAQL RESIDENTS OF THIS NATION.

Don't you think I wuold look very ridecioulus screaming in the streets trying to get Italians entered into this country and saying the same dumb shit that you uniformed red skins scream about?

You and your people talk about how WE the American people will not do the jobs that you do, well not true we will but for a fare wage, you and yous will pick fruit for pennies and send it all back home, real nice, you all have 40 to a house, not that you all shower too much, but none the less you are wrong. Look it up and ride it right on out of here, afterall you never wanted to become a citizen, you just wanted the benifits, that to me is fraud, go to a school that has more then kindergarten and figure this all out.

Fact of the matter is, if I see you guy working I will make sure that you are hammered down brought in frony a magistrate, I will give hime a copy of the that gives him the authourity to detain you for 6 months, and hopefull that will be long enough to make your friends and family scream and cry wondering where you have been, i may even contact your sister and whisper in her ear that you were deported months ago,,,,,then I will take your siters, cousins and mother out to a nice dinner and get them into so high end crazy stuff, maybe make you mom the lady of the house and your sister the prime entertainment, might even get old grannny ma involved OH YEA.....stay here illegaly and then this is my MARSHSAL PLAN

I am hiring this week, tried out 20 guys, all of them had one reason or another not to do this job, and there line at the end was, can
I get you to sign my probation slip or um employment slip. Whatever $it is a $18.00 per hour job with benefits, but that is just to much for all these people.

If as a country we keep up the current was of conducting ourseleves, we will be in real truoble. We just can arguening that MY WAY IS RIGHT NOT YOUR,,,,from either side,,,,, we need to go boack to the days Regan, he would argue all dal with the dem's them have a cocktail at night with the leader speaker of the house Tip O'Neil, they worked out problems had a pragmatix point of view and made some sacrifices.

And oh yes, I proudly voted for Obama. He is a good man with deep respect for this country, just try t o take a peak around the corner at the wall of folks trying to defeat him in everything he does, now I do think that its funny that the "other" side doesn't want to help him, and that all they care about is defeating Obamma as much as possible.

And for of you guys that think that if the GOP's palne to just cut taxes and put that money back into the hands of the small bussiness, well sit back cause you dount even meet the criterias, they mean people making 1,55 million as a company, then you may start to get into the so call breaks, but that is certainly not I, we wil do 1.25 this year and I bet we dont get squat. Mabe some higher depreciation on equipment but not much more, energe credits for buying 10k of biodiesel? probaly not.

So for all that hate one party or another, try br pragmatic about it, think a little for yourdelf, anf try to see both sides of view. Trust me I get it, folks that gointo being a senetor or congressman may at first be fired up and want to save the would but as as soon as those PAC commitees and lobbyist get thier ear, its all over, maybe our industry need a lobbyist to steeer laws our direction, say maybe, driveways brown or black you muck have it doe....or whatever:jester:

I have dealt with lobbyist before and they will make a used car salemens hair on his neck stand up, it is like meating the devil, only this devil has 5 faces,10 sets od arm, and aroura that makes you want to go to take a shower.

I history many years will have pasted but we as a nation woolly find the truth about certain events like the Korean war, and the second desert Storm, where were those pesky weapons of mass destruction? Did GW get bad info, and the answer is yes, but didn't matter cause he was going in anyway, first to avenge the loss his daddy took from Hussein 10 years before that, and second to sieve a sovereign natains oil, which if we just let our own CIA take care of they would have made that happen with hardly ever shedding drop of American blood. Do you think that the Cuban Missile Crisis was stopped due to JFK barking orders and threats?

Of course not, it was a CIA backed group of Castro's inner workings that convinced him that if were to let the Russian put arms on their island then the USA would wipe Cuba off the map, silently. FEDERAL is not a ruthless kill of any mans army, he is a megalomaniac that just wants power and magnetism, his ego steers that country and nothing more.

As Americans we should have garnered fair trade status to Cuba a long Tim ago, at least the the American business that were seized by Castro can re open, i assure you Castro is a fable thinking man with only the dream to see his country prosper, not pledge.
