Amnesty Bill - We Are Losing Our Country!

They seem to forget that as well as fleecing american citizens, they are making a complete mockery of the ones (like me) who are going through the system doing everything right. They should spend some time fixing the immigration system... they could make it more straightforward (not easy) for those who come here to contribute to the way of life as well as enjoy the benefits!

I've got a visa renewal this year, it sickens me to think that while me and thousands of others are doing everything legitimately, there are the usual spongers and crooks slipping in the back door.

the thinking behind these protests.

Let's say I break into your house.
Let's say that when you discover
me in your house, you insist that I leave.
But I say, "No! I like it here.
It's better than my house. I've made all
the beds and washed the
dishes and did the laundry
and swept the floors. I've
done all the things you don't
like to do. I'm hard-working
and honest
(except for when I broke into your house).

According to the protesters:
You are Required to let me stay in your house
You are Required to feed me
You are Required to add me to your family's insurance plan
You are Required to Educate my kids
You are Required to Provide other benefits to me & to my family
(my husband will do all of your yard work because
he is also hard-working and honest, except for that
breaking in part).


If you try to call the police or force me out,
I will call my friends who will picket your
house carrying signs that proclaim my
RIGHT to be there.


It's only fair, after all, because you have
a nicer house than I do, and I'm just
trying to better myself. I'm a hard-working
and honest, person, except for well,
you know, I did break into your house
And what a deal it is for me!!!


I live in your house, contributing only a
fraction of the cost of my keep, and
there is nothing you can do about it
without being accused of cold,

uncaring, selfish, prejudiced, and
bigoted behavior.


Oh yeah, I DEMAND that you learn
MY LANGUAGE!!! so you can
communicate with me.


Why can't people see how ridiculous
this is?!
 
Steve you are just the kind of Emigrants this Country needs and they make you JUMP THROUGH HOOPS to do it the right way, But if you RUN like Hell over the Border you get a Free Ride, WTH is up with this Country and these Politicians. What they are telling people is that BREAKING the Law has it's REWARDS. I guess thats why the Politicians steal from us like they do, CRIME PAYS.
 
I agree, it really seems like crime pays and it is hard to always do the right thing.

It is a shame what the people get away with.

I had to go to court the other day as a witness because I put in a bid to clean up some graffiti in a warehouse that a teenager tagged up all over the place. While I was waiting for things to start, they told us that we could go because they could not find the kid, his phone was disconnected, when it did work people would answer the phone and then hang up.

One of the guys said that they could just go to his house and pick him up as he is there all the time and had dropped out of school. We all left and 1.5 hours later they called us back.

Talking more, we found out that this same kid has broken into a few houses on his own street, been caught in the act of tagging buildings, been caught breaking into houses, etc and he is always just getting off easy.

The legal system needs to be more like over in the middle east where when you are caught, something gets cut off or something more serious like that. Maybe that would deter some of these kids.

You did it the same way my parents did and my grand parents. Back in the day people came from around the world to this Great Country, and when they got here with little or no money in their pockets they helped build this country.

Things have gotten so out of hand and rediculous that there are no words that can explain what these useless politicians have done to our Great Country!!:mad:
 
these illegals don't hurt anything, they help the local economy by doing things that others won't. Don't worry about the not paying taxes thing, or the stealing social security #'s thing, free health care they get.... just don't worry about that. They help our economy, just look at how well California is doing...

Our lovely state has run out of money. They said that they were going to issue IOU's for the state tax returns. All state vendors will be issued IOU's also. We are over 9 bilion in debt. God, I hate this state !!!!!!
 
As of 02/11/09, all the OEMs had to pull for sale all new youth minicycles and atvs for those under the age of 13...this under order of the CPSC due to lead content of plastics and certain metals. As of yesterday, a dealer or private individual can no longer provide parts or service, to these affected machines, in which there is a possibility that those same parts may contain lead...no oil changes, plastic, levers, engine cases, etc, etc..goggles, helmets, clothing, knee braces..you name it. You may think that is just for new machines, but it is for everything new and used.

The CPSC also ruled that machines under 85cc are considered toxic to the health of young children.

Effective yesterday, Honda has pulled replacement parts from their service system for these machines pending lead certification...this takes 400 days. KTM, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Yamaha are doing the same thing. If you have a 1,2,3 year old machine, you won't be able to buy most parts for it very soon.

Yamaha is sending out restrictions to its dealers saying that an 85cc bike can only be sold, and should only be operated by someone over the age of 13.


I'm getting tired of living in Pelosi land. Anyone know how hard it is to become a Canadian citizen?
