Amazing help over the phone!

After fighting around for the past several weeks trying to find out what was wrong with one of our hot water units causing it to blow smoke out. I called Russ Johnson at http://www.pressurewasherky.us/ he walked me through everything that needed to be looked at, After calling Russ 4 or 5 times we was able to find the problem and get it fixed. I want everyone to know how much that means to me and highly recommend Russ, not only for his knowledge, but for his amazing products and prices. Even if he was $5 or $10 higher on a part (which he's not) I would be more than happy to pay for the help that he has done to get everything working proper.
 
Russ has helped me plenty of times before over the phone. Always willing to help and has actually done a lot for me. I'm due to call him later today about an order I just placed.
