Allentown Power Washing

My First Allentown PA Power Washing for Aluminum siding. 40 Year old alum, a lil over 2,000 SF. Very low pressure and weak chems. This stuff was coming off with a slight brush by of your hand. No yellow in the drains, so I did o.k. first time around :>)

Good lucking wash job....got to love the ones that look bad and clean up easy and look good when your done!!!

What did you use?

looks good, could you have gotten client to clean the stoop & foundation?

This guy was complaining about the money I was quoting him because he never really was educated about how a professional cleans or paints versus a handy man type. No offense ya'll.

I called a friend of mine whose Dad owns a Carpet One Dealer out of Jacksonville, Fl. She used to refer me to everyone they installed carpet for and we were funneled a large amount of re-paints from her. The next thing I knew was the guy called me back and agreed over the phone to the amount.

The best tool I have had is the closing ability of my serviced clients. so to answer your question. I think the guy has a mixture of "I never thought I would pay that much to PW my house to, but the guy was very professional and did an outstanding job. I know the latter is true because he was thrilled with the outcome.

Before I left he asked me to quote him for a exterior re-paint, so I know I will be cleaning it if we get that job also, which looks very promising. Now that job will be one for the picture album...
