Does anyone ever market to these. From what I understand most are owned by the city or municipality and would be bid on if they are ever cleaned. Any ideas on where to start other then the head of maintenance

City purchasing department. They are usually REALLY competitively priced. REALLY, REALLY, competitively priced. But, they are serviced regularly, and often their stnadards are low.

Houston IAH is combined with a hugh construction project. We are the subs for the job and it is a contract for 2-3 years. I would look under all the construction projects for your city.

You talking ramp or public area? I worked at ATL for 20 years and never once seen a PW used on flatwork.

The only clean airport public areas I've seen are in Phoenix, and let me tell you, they were CLEAN!

We do the parking garages. We also bid on the City of San Antonio city wide Pressure Washing Contract. It has not been awarded yet and it also included some airport areas on a regular basis.

We used to do all the behind the scenes sidewalks and bus stops at OIA. You need to look at the airports purchasing board for the when the bids are taken. Alot of times the bids are for more than 1 year and you have manditory performance criteria you have to meet.
