Airless Foamer for Pressure Washing

The foamer looks great. Quick question, how does it compare to an x-jet or a soap nozzle? I'm just not at all familiar with this technology. Also, will it foam Power House mixed with SH, or do you need a special chem to foam up?

Something like this....

Saw a video the other day somehere, can't remeber where, but they had there x jet running off a back pack sprayer tank. Eliminated the need to carry the bucket.

That is a very good idea until the backpack sprayer starts to leak (and it will) and you end up with SC running down the crack of your ass.

I can see fabricating a backpack tank that fills from top and the tube draws from the top which would eliminate this problem.

ok so why wont this work with downstreaming? the DS picks up the chem flows through a couple of hundred feet of hose and out the foam tip. doesnt the foam tip have what i think is called a "venturi valve" on it that mixes what comes out of it with air? i just dont see the need to be attached to a "fiver" (lol.. first time ive used that word). am i missing something?
