Hey Tony I thought about ya(No I'm not gay....not that there is anything wrong with that-Seinfeld show) when we were in Manhattan cleaning 19 locations this past Sunday
This is the back door(O.k sounds gay again) view from where your family had a front door pick-up. Quick note on this to fill you in we were moving so fast from one location to another(Park Avenue the high class hookers are out again--who knew) because it all had to be done in a night we went from right near Wall street, Thru The Tribeca area,the Village, Near Central park all the way into Harlem next to the Apollo theater and everything in between. When looking at one of my Powerwashers I finally installed the generator on it occurred to me that the dark building next to my truck is heading darkly up into the night.. not even lit up which is why it caught me off guard... its the Empire State Bldg...
Thought you might get a kick out of it....Hey Politics suck but it doesn't make the person with skewed views on it a bad dude-- For me its easy to seperate the two and for you I could be the person with the skewed views in your eyes--- Enjoy the pics and if your anywhere Near Manhattan on Nov 9th give me a holler a few days before. I'll introduce you to some celebs for another Charity for breast cancer where doing.
The last Charity we did last week was for "The Children"QSAC=Quality services for Autistic Children which raised $25,000+ and this next one is for the Ladies. Nothing like giving it all back.

Hey Nick--On one account that's not with this we do one full block and parts of the 2 other block the building wraps around on. That one is a wash down with Gum popping monthly. We bring on the flatbed 800 gal of water for that. The ones on this one were store fronts no sidewalks which we brought the same amount of water which covers it.

The other account I have in there takes over a 1000 gallons of water and that's when I have to bring in truck #2. There is no water draw for these accounts which is why I have them...

I'll look for a picture to show the one with 2 Trucks.

I keep running into a company out in the city that has a $15,000,000 contract. It's right up someone's alley here. My wife and I watched them when I had the other truck out. I also talked to one of the guys that operate a truck(1 guy to a truck) and there are quite a few of these trucks out there. The info I got was the contract was yearly. Also one of the guys I network with actually video'd with his phone them in action and he also talked to them about the glass cleaning since this is what this guys forte is. I got to see this last week. Cool to see there's companies out there that are like machines themselves. In out..in out. This is for the largest Terminal in the country if not the world. Who says there's no money in Powerwashing.

Hey Nick--Here's a picture with the other truck. If need be I have a 465 gallon water tank I can throw in there and a trailer that can hold another 800 gallons of water. The city is a pain but it pays pretty good. Biggest problem we have out there is the people traffic.

Dumbest thing I did was years ago when I had the Steve Madden shoe store we cleaned the bldg and the walkway and I got this bright idea to divert all people traffic out to the street by roping off the whole area with Yellow caution tape like there was a crime scene there. We just got done and I was pulling the tape down when you know who showed up. As far as they knew I left a walking lane open because I already had the tape down by the street... Today everyone and there mother would have took there phones out snapping pictures and I would have been bleeped.....

Hey Mike always a pleasure meeting fellow contractors in this Industry. I think Ron says it here somewhere but I love this Industry as well. Yupper on the flatbed. That is the truck I brought to South Jersey. Speaking of South Jersey I was there Yesterday morning around 8am right on top of Philly by that battle ship. I had to meet some city official in person to put in a bid. I'm always on the go while my guys do residential.... You'll appreciate the picture if you can zoom it up close enough

Ny city you need permits to deter traffic if you can even get that. What we have to do is have 2 guys on every site, cones are supposed to be used and people traffic has to be allowed thru.. Basically it's not hard to follow that. You have the guys surface clean first in let's say half the walk by the store(stores have to be closed) so people can walk on the other side and Vice a versa.. Pretty easy when you get the hang of it.. But you need two guys or your going to have problems and the main work trucks have to have your business info lettering on truck and magnets don't coun't. It's NY city rules which is why the red pickup truck out there is only use to transport water.

Besides the last weekend in August I have my parents birthdays(aug 10,11) being held on next Sat. I should be free and clear and should be able to work around my guys schedule.. If we do hook up let me know if it's with wife or not.. I can do either.
