a roof we did today

I need to improve my pic taken skills.. I coulda got better ones but i was ready to get going and then forgot to the get after pics.. Did the house, driveway also.. was a good day today ;)

Nice job Kasey! I don't get up to your neck of the woods too often. Got some friends that live up near Spring hill dr. Most of the work I do is all in Pinellas county. Keep up the good work. :)

And Kasey, I HATE when it starts raining in the middle of a job.
A SLOW, half azzed rain is MURDER on the plants!
IF that happens, guess what ?
You are gonna get wet :confused:
Thats is because you need to water the plants as the slow dripping solution is hitting them.

Best you can hope for is a torrential downpour.
In that case, you are usually home free if it lasts long enough.

Rain generally sucks.
We got rained out this AM, but my guys are out doing two local roofs as we speak.

I should have got a before picture of the back because it was a little worse than the front..

Hey Larry, I'm also off spring hill dr :) small world? i guess.. I don't do much in St pete I finshed up a new construction clean up on 3 story townhomes off ulmerton .. 'Back Bay @ carltion' i think 6 buildings - 21, or 22 units. lots of wand work nothing but it..

Whats up Kasey, Actually I think there are 26 units. LOL I live right next to them... Our world is getting even smaller! lol. No I never got a call on them! We went over and checked out a couple models a few weeks ago. I would never pay what they are asking for them but they did seem nice. I drive by them every day on my way in and out. Surprised I didn't see you. You still doing any more work over there? If so give me a call next time and we can get together and bs. Nice job on the roofs!!!
 
Kory i been around there a few times.. :)

Larry, your right on the units i only the the three story buildings, the guy who was doing their pressure washing didnt want to do it and asked me if i'd be interested.. I did a building a day so i wasnt around there for too long. Their asking price was way to high.. i don't think they really had that much quailty to them for what they want.. If i'm back out there i'll give you a call
 
Look foward to meeting you one of these days. Why didn't the other guy want to do them. Heck I live right here I would have done them. If I walk out my door I can litterally be there in less than 4minutes. Thats if my fat azz walks fast. :) LOL
